The bridge story
Feeling good at the Lekkeresluis (Good Lock). This bridge, between the Brouwersgracht and Prinsengracht, also gives you a good view. A view of the famous Westertoren, close to the Anne Frank House. But why this name? Pancakes were once sold on this bridge, the best in this neighbourhood. Not only a good view, a good story to go along with it.
The bridge has been around since 1754 and has never been changed, only reinforced.
