This T-shirt from the Amsterdam Bridge Collection Heiligewegssluis has an overall print with delicate tulips. Th T-shirt with V-neck for women is made of soft cotton and has a comfortable fit. A story behind the bridge;
"Holy Bean” or “heilig boontje'' as the Dutch say, cross this bridge the Heiligewegsluis (Holy Way Lock) and you might become a saint. The bridge connects the Singel and the Heiligeweg.
The Holy Way Lock was initially built with a lock keeper's house next to it. At the beginning of the seventeenth century, the lock was responsible for the separation of Amsterdam's inland waterways and the water of the Amstel. Later only the bridge remained. In 1792 the original drawbridge disappeared and was replaced by a fixed bridge.
